We offer a ‘one stop shop’ whereby your Event Manager can arrange the catering, AV and technical requirements, theming and operations for your event. AV & Technical Production

Let our Production and Theming Department arrange for all your technical needs. Nobody knows our venues like we do so it makes sense that we are able to provide you with the very best expertise in the most cost efficient manner.

Our highly trained team of technicians can provide for the simplest of audiovisual presentations through to creating a fully produced night of theatrical splendour. Our technical team of experts will deliver a night your guests will never forget.


The Plaza Ballroom lends itself beautifully to any number of themes. Take a trip up the red carpet for a glamorous Oscars-style awards night, transport your guests back in time to a medieval banquet, indulge in an unforgettable ‘night at the theatre’, be blown away by a dazzling Bollywood spectacular or indulge in a magnificent masquerade ball.

Our theming department can arrange for everything from linen, napery, centrepieces and florals to furniture, staging, catwalks and props.
